Well It's a New Year
Well it's a new year! As they say "the old is gone and the new has come". Yet I feel it an impossibility to move on to the new without first remembering the old. This last year has been one of growth, challenge, and happiness. I have been so blessed to be on this adventure with my truly amazing husband.
As mentioned in another post, this year we we're able to celebrate Andrew finishing his Bachelor's in mechanical engineering, which led to the job hunt which led us down so many different paths with so many different options, including the possibility of moving to Maryland This was both nerve racking and at the same time exciting The job hunt ended in October with HAWS Co. offering Andrew a full time job there. This has turned out to be an amazing thing for him, as well as for our growing family.
We celebrated our first anniversary as husband and wife. It has truly been amazing that I have been married to my best friend for over a year now.
we got to go camping with some great friends and family, and really enjoyed all our different mini adventures over the summer including biking too many miles to count, hiking in the beautiful lake Tahoe area, racing in the 24 hours of lemons and swimming wherever possible.
I was blessed with a new DSLR Camera which I have enjoyed learning how to use, and yet realize I have so much more yet to learn. I am excited to better my knowledge in this area over the next year.
With Thanksgiving, Christmas and new years just passing us by it seems like time sure has flown by. So much fun with family and friends as well as new memories to share.
With Andrew's full time job came benefits which helped us make the decision to start a family we are so excited about this up-in-coming adventure and can't wait to see what it has in store for us.
So in looking at the past and thinking about all the good times we have been able to share with all of you. Thanks for all the memories.
We look forward to this next year and all the possibilities that it brings. Thanks again for being a part of our lives we can't wait to keep sharing this adventure with you.
Happy New Year!
